Hello armida,

As a general rule, yes - 911 service can be called using Virgin Mobile's Service. However, certain conditions may make 911 service temporarily inaccessible, such as during:

a power outage
ISP failure
Emergency service may be limited due to some public safety
Some answering points do not support location-R08;based E911 technology.
Mobile phones operate using radio signals which cannot guarantee connection in all conditions
