Don't Remember My 6 Digit Pin For Virgin Mobile Phone.

Purchased 2 Virgin Mobile phones in 2007 with $90 annual top contractwith carryover minutes since 2007. Radio Shack topped up the same phone twice with $180. Seccond phone was disconnected because I could not recall 6 digit pin no. as I was not told I had to use pin when calling customer service. Second phone was disconnected wih large credit carrover since it was not topped up. Virgin kept reminding me of his but did not inform me No. 1 phone was overpaid by $90. Unable to resolve this since June 2011 in spite of hours spent on phone with Virgin customer service. Virgin sent me an email in Nolv 2010 with the account pin but nobody will help me to resolve this issue. They say I should go back to Radio Shack but RS say they cannot return any payments to Virgin. Frustrated 81 year old - solution reactive 2nd phone and transfer the $90 overpayment on Phone 1 or allow the overpayment of $90 for 2011 to carryover to 2012. Frustrated 81 year old.
