when it was not in my hand . please help if you can

I suggest you call Virgin CS @ 888-322-1122 : Press #, then 3, then 5, then keep pressing 0 until it transfers you. EXISTING CUSTOMERS Enter phone number, press 4, press 2, press 2... someone will then answer your call!
