Charging The Monitor

I cannot get the monitor to charge. I tried using the 3 different charger cords that came with the system, still no charge. The led light on the sidedness not come on. Am I doing something wrong.

Connect the included 5V DC power adaptor to power

the monitor and/or charge the monitor battery (when the monitor is not in the

cradle).
