Udr444 Monitor Stopped Working

Just got my UDR444 yesterday evening. I plug the monitor into the cradle and plugged the cradle into the wall outlet. I hooked up the cameras indoor for now. the monitor was working fine last night. When I got up this morning the monitor was off. Tried to turn it back on but it would keep going on for a secon then turn off. I tried using the reset button but that didn't help. can't get the monitor to stay on

Hey, I had the same problem and got another one. It did the same thing. Would come on and then right back off. I found out that there are two ac adapters the same size for the cameras and the third one is a bit bigger. That's the one for the monitor. Mine is working correctly and holding a charge now. Hope this works for you!
