Windows 7 Shows No Signal When I Plug In The Receiver

on my windows xp I get my security service udw115 to work on my windows 7 when I connect the receiver I get a no signal. I went through the trials in the manuel and have tryed to find the firewall to unblock that couldn't find anyway to do it
