Turtle Beach Amigo 2 Not Recognized On Mac

I just got my TB Amigo II in the mail, I plugged it in to my Mac's USB port.....the light did not flash on. I checked the Sound Preferences so see if the Amigo II was noticed by the Mac. I did not find the Amigo II on the list of outputs and/or inputs. I am wondering if this is the Mac the Amigo II or my Headset, the Razor Blackshark. My Mac's specs: OSX Lion 10.7.5 12 GB RAM 3.06 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo Processor (I know I gave a lot of extra info.)
