1gfe Engine Repair Manual(mechanical)

Hi there Thanks to "freginold" for a electrical manual for 1GFE, its very helpfull but I ugently need a engine mechanical manual (Overhaulling) to set its crankshaft,camshaft and distributor timing. "Please someone help me" Thanks
