Toshiba Desktop Won't Boot Up, Goes To Blue Screen
I have a Toshiba desktop that recently goes to blue screen every time I try to login. It will go to the blue screen that says I can select safe mode or login normally. When I choose normal, it acts like it is about to start but brings me back to the same blue screen. I even tried the safe mode it that didnt work either.
My OS is Windows XP with Intel Processor.
Do you know what is wrong and how I can resolve the issue?
