Booting Sequence Not Working

I have a Satellite P875-S7102, i7 3rd Gen. I am trying to change OS but it won't work. I tried pressing f12 and f9 but it won't boot from the USB, it just proceeds to screwnsaver like normal, please help

This is a link to a youtube video explaining how to configure the boot up.

When in the menu select 'Advanced options' then select 'change boot order'. Change the boot order to 'usb' and then reboot.

If your new O/S is on the USB then follow the instructions.You may need to format the drive completely before attempting to install a different O/S.
