I have also experienced this issue before and it is related to the conflict in the memory of the battery. This problem was due to charging your laptop which is not fully emptied. To solve this issue, please follow the steps below:

1. Insert the battery

2. Remove the power adapter/charger

3. Use your computer until the battery is fully drained or emptied in 0%

4. Now, insert the power adapter/charger to charge the battery

5. Do not open/use your laptop while the battery is currently charging

6. Charge the battery until fully charged

After that, your battery should be in normal condition now.
