Windows Login

Hi. I have a new Toshiba C855-S5214 laptop. It was working great, but suddenly I can't get to the Windows login screen where I enter my password. It doesn't show up. Windows loads, and the background windows image shows up, but not the login image or place to type in my password. I tried restoring, but it doesn't help. Any ideas? Thanks.
