My New Laptop Wont Load Up....

My brad new laptop wont turn on???? it has a black screen with toshiba writing and loading icon going round but no further then that..... what do i do please?

Your laptop won't load up because the Windows Operating System which was previously installed might be corrupted. Once the boot sector files have been corrupted, the Operating System cannot boot and just displays a black screen or even restarts. The best solution for this is to reinstall the Operating System using its original installation CD/DVD. You may also purchase the installer online at Amazon.com. Here's the link:
