Did I Fry My Mother Board?

My girlfriend had some water damage happen to the chip right next to the ram inserts. Just to make sure, This is the mother board correct?There isn't any Techs withen an hour distance of me and I'm prepared to fix it my self. I just wanted to double check that this infact is the mother board being needed to replace. Thank you!

The RAM plugs directly into the motherboard so yes.
