Replaced Bulb But Still No Picture

Replaced bulb still no picture. Old bulb shattered. power on fans start to run then it shuts down and in a few seconds it tries to come back on but still doesn't no picture or sound.

Could be a power supply issue which destroyed the lamp or the lamp failure caused the power problem. I suggest getting the advice of an engineer to investigate the problem.
