Intermittent Picture Freeze

Hello, My Toshiba 55L7200U has started to have problems with the picture freezing up about every 15 seconds and lasts about 3 seconds. The volume is not interupted. The left quarter of the screen is developing fine vertical lines. This TV is about 2 years old. Do you have any idea what is happening and what needs to be done to fix this issue? Regards, Joe
