Is Or Was There Ever A Recall On The Toshiba 45rv530u Set?
I have or had one that no longer shows picture but I have sound. If I move or flex the left side, the picture momentarily shows but goes back out again. I got the set about three and a half years ago and of course I have no receipt. I'm thinking I will NEVER buy a toshiba product ever in life.

there has never been a recall on any Toshiba LCD. the flexing of the panel is a problem with all manufacturers, I would recommend extended warranty it you buy another one. I have currently over 200 brand new LCD TVs of different makes and models, still store stock that didn't even make it off the display shelf, in my shop waiting to be looked at and repaired.
