I Have A Toshiba 46hm94p Tv When I Turn The Tv On I Get Menu Display And Sound \

I HAVE A TOSHIBA 46HM94P TV WHEN I TURN TV ON THE MENU DISPLAY AND SOUND COMES ON BUT NO PICTURE FROM NON OF THE INPUTS ALSO THE TUNER. THANK YOU.
