Read Error- Mix Will Not Finalize

I made a mix and used the TEAC-CDRW890. In the middle of the mix it stopped recording. I tried to finalize it, but it says read error. The mix is on the CD; I can listen to it, but I cannot get it to finalize. How can I get it to finalize so I can use it on other CD players?
