Phone Replacement
I have a samsung galaxy s 3 wont charge tryed twice with costumer servis they cant understand english my phone is under warnty with straight talk and they will replace it they keep sending me a lable i dont have a way to print it i tell them this they say we will send a box i get a lable to my e mail ive tryed twice over the past 6 weeks with no results i want to talk to someone that speaks and understands ENGLISH
