How Do I Get My Speaker For Answering Calls To Work On A Zte Majesty?

I can hear them when I get a call but they can't hear me .Also my Text To Speech won't work either.

I Know the Answer!

It sounds like the internal microphone has gone bad. Unfortunately that means you need a new phone.
