How Do I View Picture Messages?
When I receive a picture text, it takes 1 text away from my balance but does not show me anything, so I hit "retrieve" and it takes another text away from my balance and only gives me the option to stop, while still not showing me anything. Kind of B/S that it takes texts off my balance every single time I try to open something I apparently cannot

It is possible that you don't have a picture message enabled phone. The cheapest phone (LG) is not capable of sending or recieving picture messages. If your phone is supposed to be able to recieve picture messages and doesnt then your best bet is to call straight talk customer service (1 877 430 2355) and explain the problem to them. They may be able to help.
