Can I Refill My Account Using A Prepaid Visa Debit Card Over The Phone ?
Do I have to go to Wal-Mart & get a service plan card o can I use my prepaid Visa debit card & pay over the phone without buying the card with the PIN number on the back? Thanks.

Hello, it looks like you can refill or buy a plan using just a credit card (or prepaid Visa card) online here. You can also contact Straight Talk support to ask them for a more definite answer.
