Why Is My Notification For Auto Refill Not In My Name When The Phone#is Mine?

i recived nofitaction  on my auto payment process but noticed it is not in my name. why ? my cell phone # is should be under patricia deose not Daniel DEOSE. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE NOTICED THIS.WANT IT CORRECTED.
