My Lg Android Wont Connect To My Windows 7 Compaq Pc

it says its unknown and that usb not reconized but will connect to apple ipad just not my android what should i do

install mobogenie. and if it doesnot show it again then you can just try it at another pc then you try repairing your pc's usp port.
