No Signal On Zte Majesty When Calling And Low Volume. 1x. Help

When I call their is no light on signals and the volume is to low to hear...help me get a signal. My samsung galaxy proclaim is better. Straight talk want replace this phone with a different phone. This is the third replacement and past the 30 day warranty.
