I Cannot Get Through To Anyone In Person To Cancel My Auto Refill.please Help

Greetings - While one can activate Auto-Refill online, one sadly has to call the customer care on the following number to cancel -
887-430-2355
(to speak to a person - press 1 for English and then 4 twice upon menu promt)
