Make sure both devices have bluetooth on, enabled, and are both discoverable. You may need to click on the bluetooth icon on one or the other to transfer files between them. Sometimes with computers you need to open up bluetooth icon or right-click the icon and click send a file or receive a file. Sometimes the with the phone, you may need to make sure it's discoverable and then take whatever file you wish to transfer to the computer, and send it directly with the phone. As long as they're paired it shouldn't be a problem if they're both discoverable. Good luck!
