Why When I Plug In My Charger Does It Blink Orange And Won't Turn On?

The very first solution that you have to do is to check the cable connection of the charger if properly connected to your computer and power outlet. Also, there might be a problem with the charger which requires replacement. You can buy a compatible replacement charger for Sony VGN-CR520E laptop online. These are the links:
