Sony Bdp-s185 Blu-ray Disc Player & Sony Str-dh820 Receiver

The Sony Blu-ray player works well when connected to just the Sony TV.When it is connected up to the Sony STR-DH820 multi channel Receiver, it often freezes the playback.

First, try doing a power reset by unplugging the Blu-ray Disc® player power cord from the electrical outlet for 15 seconds. Afterwards, plug the power cord back in and then try again.

If the picture skips or freezes when playing a DISC,please follow the steps from the link below
