17 Month Old Sony Bravia Already Broken.

This television (Sony Bravia L series KDL 32L 504) all of the sudden while tv was on, the picture began to roll and jump on about 2/3rd of the screen, the top 1/3 of tv is completely normal. It also became very cloudy on that 2/3rds of the screen. Does this sound like any common problem and is there any recalls for the problem? This is way to soon for such a problem. It is unuseable, and this does make sony look bad with such a short working life. I do feel something should be done. Of course the warrenty was 1 year so I am about 6-7 months later, but this is rediculous.
