Screen Shrink In Full Mode

Had my set about 6 years - never had a problem before.  All of a sudden in normal viewing mode (Full not zoom) I'm losing the edges of my picture.  Same problem with HDMI input.

If you are sure that the TV is in the right aspect setting, then suspect the source has settings not correct. Try another source, DVD, VCR, game console, etc.
