Tv Won't Show Picture

my tv clicks like it's coming on but never does and don't have sound but it click a few times but never comes on

Hi,

Something wrong with your regulator or even Horizontal driver. When you hear clicking sound it means that your TV relay trying to switch the horizontal on but it fails. For the best solution you can bring it to the nearest service centre, only train technician can handle this problems.
