How To Use The Removal Keys For Sony Mp3

Bought used car with Sony radio MP3 WMA AAC with 2 thin key strips but the radio aerial seems to have slipped out. I want to remove radio from dash to reinsert aerial but do not know how to use the keys as there is no manual with radio.
