Skype Credit

i have purchases 10.00 worth of skype credit they have taken it from my bank. when i try to make a call it says i do not have any skype credit. how do i correct the problem

The same thing happened to me. Did you ever figure out why you couldn't make the skype call even when you had credit? Thanks.
