GET IN TOUCH WITH SKYPE. I AM SURE THEY WILL BE ABLE TO HELP YOU. THE SAME THING HAPPENED TO MY SISTER AND SHE GOT IN TOUCH WITH HER BANK AND I WITH SKYPE. THEY WERE VERY UNDERSTANDING AND REFUNDED THE AMOUNT. TRY IT YOU HAVE NOTHING TO LOOSE. DET IN TOUCH WITH SKYPE SUPPORT. HOPE THIS WAS HELPFUL. ALL THE BEST
