Poor Service

Why can I never get a straight answer from your customer reps on the phone.  I have been on hold now three different times and the last time was for 27 minutes way longer than I was told my wait time was going to be.  When I tried to phone back and leave a call back number I was told the office was closed. I want the name address and phone number of the person who I may direct my complaint to and get some answers.
