No Paper Error Message
Our XE-A406 SOMETIMES gives us a no paper error message, while there is paper loaded. It seems to correct itself after 5 minutes or so, but shuts down meanwhile and is unusable. We have tried turning it on and off, but that does not correct the problem. If we unplug the machine, will programming be saved? This often works for other devices that glitch.

Hi. The programming will be safe as long as the backup batteries are not removed.
