Printing Problem
My new XE-A22S is set in the journal mode but it will not print anything on the thermal paper. I have followed all of the set up installation steps but it will not print when I put in any sales. I have also cleaned the sensor and print head as directed in the manual. I do not need the register to give reciepts to customers. Thanks for the help in advance.

Make sure the shiny side of the paper is facing the front or it will feed out blank.
