When The Key Turns To X1. Light Off.. How Can I Fix To Register?

That often means the mode lock has worn out. Try spraying a small amount of Electrical reviver spray such as WD40 down it. Turn the key back and forth and see if it fixes it. If not, replace the mode lock.
