Page 2 On User Guide Does Not Let Me Do Anything Apart From Switch Off On My Xe
only P on display press all other keys no response switch off and on again hit a key and back to P on display

If you do not wish to retain any data in the register, then perform a Master Reset
OK well initially do this
Un-plug the unit from the main power
Take out the batteries under the till roll
Replug the unit back in the display after beeping I think 5 times should come up with MRS which means master reset
Put the batteries back in at this point
