#8 Shift Key
I had to reset my register. That being complete, I reentered my receipts for the day. For some reason when I was using the Shift 8 key, it subtracted the amount rather than adding the amount. Please advise

I can only assume that when you reset the register it returned to the default settings. Unless it is reprogrammed in the correct order anomalies can result. As such it will require re-programming to perform functions how you want them. You can download a user guide which will aid you from this link.
