Sharp Cash Register Xe-a107 Error Message Not Clearing
my new sharp xe-a107 cash register shows an error message when dept 1 is entered. We have tried the clear button but it repeats each time we enter a transaction. I reprogrammed the key since it is our taxable dept. but that did not help.

Hi. I am sadly not able to find much helpful info. It may sadly be necessary to master reset the register and then re-set it up again is all else fails.
