Cash Register Drawer Will Not Open.
After up register, unlocked drawer and attempted to run Z report. Drawer didn't open and the tape register didn't advance showing the Z report. Began pressing different keys such as CA/... blue key, ESC, etc. Nothing happen. Then pressed the up arrow key to advance the tape and unregonizable symbols began to print. But no Z report or opening of drawer. Please advise.
