Continuous Paper Feed

Sharp XE _ A203 1. Paper feed is in continuous flow indicating " *PGM*". The machine functions are otherwise on shut down How Do I correct this? 2. RCPT is on off. No receipt will print. How do I turn it on?

It sounds like you have a faulty keyboard or corrupt memory. It will probably need to go in for service.

To turn receipt off or on, turn key to OP/XZ mode, press your receipt button (RCPT) and the status will change between on or off mode. Then turn key back to REG
