Sharp Register Xea102 Problem

we use a sharp cash register XES102 and a few days ago we started having this problem: some of our employees end of day summary receipt started showing the total for both today and yesterdays entries. Cash clerks did zero clerks accounts at end of day. This happens only sporadically and out of the blue. Did anyone experience this problem and does anyone know how to fix it? thanx in advance.

Someone is accidentally printing an X report instead of a Z report. Make sure you always print a Z report to reset.
