Cash Register Xe-a102 Won't Open

Hi. It may need a master reset (you will lose all the data and the machine will need to be re-programmed)
Here is how the reset is perfomed
1. You turn off the wallpower
2. Take out the memory back-up batteries usually found under the till roll
3. Turn the mode switch to REG
4. Power on with wall power the machine will beep 3 times it is now reset
5. Re-insert the batteries
6. You will then need to re-program
