Scanning Issues
Hello,
I am setting up an employee to be able to Scan to file (file is on our server). We have the login/password disabled on the copier because we have no need to track. Anyways, the message is "Account Name authentication pass word is invalid..." We don't have a network admin so any assistance you can offer would be appreciated.

The file is being saved on the server.
Authentication on the server is failing.
Solution would be to create a username/pw that the copier can use when scanning to the server. The user account has to be created on the server and have read/write access. I recommend you dont use the Admin account and password..
