Sharp Lc-65d64u 'communication Failure' Led Flashes (3 X Pwr & 1 X Opc)

I just changed the main board (DUNTKE207FM01) on my Sharp LC-65D64U and now I get a "Communication Failure" flashing light - Power LED flashes 3 times and the OPC LED flashes once. I had to replace the board because of a lightning storm damaged the board from the HDMI input.Do I need to install new software/firmware? Where can I find the files ( D64UAxxx.USB, D64UVAxx.USB and SALEMxxx.BIN).Thanks in advance for your input and help.

When you have the OPC turned on, the OPC LED turns green. A flashing OPC LED is an alert that something is wrong with your Aquos television. ... Check the power cord where it connects at the back of your Sharp Aquos TV to confirm that it isn't loose. If it is loose, push it into the port completely and check the OPC light.
