Intermitent The Tv Will Not Turn On. Power And Opc Leds Blink 2 Times Then Power

2X power and OPC means the 3.3vdc sense circuit is telling the microprocessor that it's not present. The voltage is made on the power board and the microprocessor is on the main board, so the problem could be on either board.
